Short Biography A lecturer in financial economics and financial legislation, holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Baghdad in the specialization of financial economics, and completed his studies at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), Germany, published several books and scientific research, lectured in many foreign universities in the Middle East, Iraq and Kurdistan, he has supervised many master's students in financial economics as well as financial legislation, and has held many academic positions both inside and outside of Kurdistan. Philosophy of Teaching Education is the basis of building the individual, society and nations, through which the higher values can be disseminated, correcting concepts towards ethics. Publication A.
